La Simple Co. ("we", "us") runs lasimpleco.com. This policy covers what happens when you sign up for our newsletter, the La Simple AI Brief, or download one of our free guides.
What we collect
When you sign up, we collect:
- Your email address.
- Your first name, if you choose to give it.
- Which page or form you signed up from (for example, the guide download page).
- The date and time you signed up.
- Basic technical details that help us block spam and abuse, such as a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address.
Our email provider also records whether our emails are delivered, opened or clicked, so we can see what is useful to readers.
We do not ask for payment details, and we do not want sensitive personal information through these forms.
How we use it
- To send you the guide you asked for.
- To send you the La Simple AI Brief and occasional related emails from us.
- To keep the signup form safe from spam and abuse.
- To understand which content readers find useful.
Who processes it for us
- Beehiiv stores our subscriber list and sends our newsletter emails. Beehiiv processes your information on our behalf.
- Our website and its signup records are hosted by our website and database providers (Lovable and Supabase).
These providers may only use your information to provide their services to us.
We do not sell your data
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers.
Unsubscribing
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it and you will stop receiving our emails. You can also email tony@lasimpleco.com and we will remove you.
After you unsubscribe, we may keep a record of your email address so we do not email you again by mistake.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while you are subscribed. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your information, we will delete it or keep only what we need to honor that request or meet legal obligations.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email tony@lasimpleco.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
Our newsletter and guides are for business owners and professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.

La Simple Co. is based in Texas, United States. This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable US federal law. Your information is stored and processed in the United States.
