Texas businesses
What drives the cost of AI consulting for a Texas small business?
We do not publish prices, because the cost depends on the work. Here is what moves it, and how we scope a project before any number is discussed.
What drives the cost
- How many processes we work on at once.
- How messy the current process is before it can be automated.
- How many tools need to connect, and whether they allow it.
- How sensitive the data is, and how much access control it needs.
- How many people need training, and in which languages.
- How much ongoing monitoring and maintenance you want.
How we scope it
- A free 30-minute call to understand the work.
- We agree on one starting point and record a baseline.
- You get a written scope: what we build, what it is measured on and how we review it.
- You see the scope before you commit to anything.
How to keep the cost down
Start small. One process, done well and measured, tells you more than a large project. Use the tools you already pay for before adding new ones.
Common questions
Why don't you list prices?
Two businesses with the same goal can need very different work. A written scope is more honest than a price list.
Is the first call free?
Yes. The first 30-minute call is free, and you leave with a starting point whether or not we work together.
Do you charge for software?
We sell no software and take no commission from tools. Tool subscriptions are in your name and paid by you.
What if it does not work?
We compare against the baseline. If the numbers do not move, we fix it or stop.
